By Car

• Take the Zhongshan Expressway heading north toward Keelung. After exiting the Daye Tunnel, stay in the inner lane to avoid the Waigang exit ramp. Approximately 30 meters later, turn right into the exit ramp labeled "Yilan, Coastal Highway" and "National Taiwan Ocean University." After the exit ramp, continue straight along Zhongzheng Road by the port, passing through six or seven traffic lights. Turn right at the Uni-Theater onto Xiangfeng Street. Drive straight for about 2 kilometers, passing Zhengbin Elementary School and Affiliated Keelung Maritime Senior High School of NTOU. At the fork in the road, turn right onto Beining Road (the starting point of the Coastal Highway). Continue straight for 1 kilometer to reach the coastal entrance of the university.

By Bus

• Take Keelung Bus 【791】, 【1051】, or 【R66 (Ocean University Route)】 and get off at the "NTOU (Gymnasium)" stop.

• Take Kuo-Kuang Motor Transportation 【1800B】 (Keelung to Zhonglun), which goes directly to the National Taiwan Ocean University.

• Take Capital Bus 【1579】 and get off at the "NTOU (Gymnasium)" stop.

Keelung City Bus

• At the old south exit of Keelung Train Station, 500 meters to the left, you will find the Keelung City Bus Terminal. Take bus routes 103, 104, 108, or 802, all of which go to the National Taiwan Ocean University. The current fare is NT$15 for a full ticket.

• Keelung Bus Rapid 【R66】 (Qidu Train Station – National Museum of Marine Science & Technology) travels directly to the university.

• Keelung City Bus provides scheduled shuttle services:

• From Keelung Train Station (Bus Terminal) at 7:50 AM and 8:35 AM to the university's Administration Building.

• From the university's Administration Building at 5:10 PM to Keelung Train Station (Bus Terminal).

• The shuttle service operates during school days from Monday to Friday. During winter and summer vacations, only the 7:50 AM and 5:10 PM shuttles are available.

By Taxi

• A taxi ride from Keelung Train Station to the National Taiwan Ocean University costs approximately NT$180.

By Train

• Take any train heading towards Keelung (avoid taking the North-Link Line train, as it does not stop in Keelung). Upon arrival at Keelung Station, you can either take a taxi or a city bus to reach the university.
